Sales And Client Advisor - Yorkdale Shopping Centre

As a Sales and Client Advisor at Balenciaga Yorkdale Shopping Centre, you will play a crucial role in driving store sales by delivering the Balenciaga signature experience to all clients. You will support the management team and represent the Balenciaga brand and image, embodying Balenciaga behaviors and engaging clients.

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, and report client requests and complaints to the Management Team.
• Work closely with the stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests.
• Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga behaviors and ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
• Maintain display and organization of all areas respecting visual merchandising standards.
• Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from welcoming to after-sales assistance.
• Process client transactions at the cash desk and promote omnichannel services in store.
• Contribute to front and back of house operations, including stock control and inventories.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Good digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
• Strong market and fashion trends knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day.
• Willingness to learn and improve, maintaining a positive work environment.
