Summary
Personal Shopper responsible for delivering exceptional luxury sales and service, building and maintaining a high value client base, and achieving significant sales targets through private and in-store selling. This commission role requires wardrobe expertise, client relationship management, and representation of the store in the community.
Responsibilities
- Sell the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe
- Cultivate new customers and build a loyal personal client base
- Demonstrate product and style expertise to meet customer needs
- Maintain private shopping suites and visual standards
- Exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Maintain and update customer profiles and information in systems
- Provide on and off-site selling and communicate regularly with clients
- Partner with management and buying teams to meet customer needs
- Comply with health safety privacy and cyber security policies
Requirements
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Established high value customer base with minimum $1.5M in sales
- Knowledge of wardrobing and styling techniques
- Strong relationship building and emotional selling skills
- Highly collaborative and team oriented
- Entrepreneurial competitive self motivated attitude
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Minimum of five years experience in a commission sales environment
