Job Description

Summary

As a Sales and Client Advisor at Holt Renfrew, you will play a key role in supporting the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. You will assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store meets company standards, and addressing customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and support management in daily store operations.
  • Organize stockroom and ensure easy access to merchandise.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback appropriately.
  • Implement and enforce store operations and sustainability policies.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance and ensure proper levels of supplies are maintained.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.
