Summary

The Fashion Stylist will support the retail team focusing on Ready-To-Wear, providing styling and trend advice, collaborating on events and launches, and elevating the styling skills of store associates to drive client loyalty and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke styling services and trend guidance for Ready-To-Wear clients.
• Support regional sales targets and grow Ready-To-Wear penetration.
• Collaborate with store leaders and regional teams on client development strategies.
• Develop and train store selling associates on styling and client experiences.
• Prepare tools and materials for collection training and new product launches.
• Influence internal partners and high-profile clients to recruit new clientele and foster loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends through market visits.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in styling or luxury retail.
• Proven track record in developing lasting client relationships.
• Leadership or independent styling experience.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Elevated and sophisticated communication skills.
