Fashion Stylist

Summary

Experienced Ready-To-Wear Fashion Stylist responsible for delivering elevated client experiences and supporting retail teams through styling expertise, trend advice, and collaboration on events and product launches. Serve as a brand ambassador to build lasting client relationships and drive RTW sales penetration in the luxury market. Work closely with regional merchandising and client relations teams to develop strategies and enhance store styling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke styling and trend guidance to existing and prospective clients.
• Drive regional Ready-To-Wear sales targets and penetration goals.
• Develop and mentor store selling associates in styling and client experience techniques.
• Support client experiences including zone events, resees, and personalized hosting.
• Collaborate with store leaders and regional teams on client retention and development strategies.
• Assist with collection training and communicate new launch materials for full silhouette styling.
• Maintain competitive awareness through store visits and industry research.
• Expand the store network of RTW clients through external opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in styling or luxury retail.
• Leadership experience or history of independent styling.
• Demonstrated ability to build authentic and lasting client relationships.
• Excellent and sophisticated communication skills.
• Strong discretion and independent judgment.
• Passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
