- Leverage influence with key internal business partners and high-profile clients to grow the business through bespoke styling.
- Seek opportunities to increase the knowledge of Retail Teams and Leaders in WRTW, including brand history, competitors, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with Regional Merchandising Director/Lead Stylist on collection trainings and new launch communication.
- Nurture a thorough knowledge of competition and industry developments to inspire the store team on creative selling strategy and client engagement.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on excellence.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury market and industry trends.
