Fashion Stylist - Scottsdale

As a Fashion Stylist at Louis Vuitton in Scottsdale, you will be an ambassador of the brand, focusing on the Ready-To-Wear business. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to offer styling and trend advice, support events, projects, and new product launches, and provide training to elevate the styling skills of the retail team.

• Drive regional sales targets and grow Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience.
• Develop store selling associates and support top VICs Client Experiences, including Zone Events and personalized hosting.
• Partner with Store leaders, Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations & Development teams on client retention and development strategies.
• Leverage influence with key internal business partners and high-profile clients to grow the business through bespoke styling.
• Seek opportunities to increase the knowledge of Retail Teams and Leaders in WRTW, including brand history, competitors, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandising Director/Lead Stylist on collection trainings and new launch communication.
• Nurture a thorough knowledge of competition and industry developments to inspire the store team on creative selling strategy and client engagement.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Client-centric mindset with a focus on excellence.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
