Fin Analyst Sr - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with financial planning and analysis experience to join our finance organization as a Fin Analyst Sr. This role involves developing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, performing operational analysis and reporting, and supporting key investments to understand business performance drivers.

• Lead processes for monthly reporting of close results and monthly forecasts.
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and analyze the business.
• Create reporting tools and financial models for insights into past performance and future trends.
• Act as a key finance contact and communicate with non-financial leaders.
• Analyze data to drive actionable outcomes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects.
• Drive process improvements and reporting simplification.

• 5+ years of related experience.
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance.
• Ability to manage priorities and timelines.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Hyperion-Essbase and Cognos is a plus.
• Ability to develop processes and deliverables independently.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.
