Sr Financial Analyst - FP&A

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Financial Analyst with expertise in financial planning and analysis to join our finance organization. This hybrid role requires presence in the Seattle office three days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and performing operational analysis and reporting to support key business investments and performance drivers.

• Lead processes for monthly reporting of close results and monthly forecasts.
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and analyze business operations.
• Create reporting tools and financial models for performance and trend analysis.
• Act as a key finance contact and communicate with non-financial leaders.
• Analyze data to drive actionable outcomes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects.
• Drive process improvements and reporting simplification.

• 5+ years of related experience.
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Hyperion-Essbase and Cognos is a plus.
• Ability to manage priorities and timelines independently.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.
