Responsibilities- Support key internal and external reporting deliverables, including monthly close, monthly business review, and quarterly earnings analysis for the executive team.
- Manage the creation and compilation of executive presentations, including monthly business review and quarterly board of directors meeting materials.
- Support automated reporting and process optimization efforts, including internal reporting and executive team KPIs.
- Assist Investor Relations by summarizing competitor earnings releases and providing key insights to the organization.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of retail and general industry trends, practices, and issues, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business.
- Provide ad hoc analyses and special projects supporting finance leadership.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a similar area.
- Minimum of 5+ years progressive experience in retail or a similar sector.
- Experience building and owning flexible, scalable reports, models, and tools that support decision-making in various business areas.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities, including complex formulas. Experience with Oracle, Anaplan, and SQL is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence peers and leaders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.
- Desire to work on a close-knit team focused on business success and professional development.
