Responsibilities- Lead the close, forecast, and planning cycles for Marketing & Loyalty, providing consolidated reporting for senior leadership.
- Act as liaison between Marketing Finance and Corporate FP&A, ensuring alignment around planning and forecast calendars.
- Support weekly and monthly business reviews to provide insights on business and customer performance.
- Support labor planning process for Marketing and Loyalty business, working with HR and senior leadership.
- Develop allocation planning models and methodology for Marketing and Loyalty allocation process.
- Champion change by implementing and improving processes across finance and the business.
- Collaborate with business leaders, finance and accounting teams, and marketing/loyalty partners.
- Create materials to communicate insights and recommendations using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
Requirements- 5+ years of related experience, preferably in large corporate FP&A.
- BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in managing the monthly budget/forecasting process.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Situational awareness to understand stakeholder needs.
- Experience in analyzing, modeling, and reporting financial performance.
- Ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, PowerPoint, and database systems.
- Attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
