Finance Manager - Marketing and Loyalty Finance

As a Finance Manager in Marketing and Loyalty Finance, you will manage and coordinate the close, forecast, and planning process for the team. You will provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and effective communication across departments. This role requires a proactive approach, creative problem-solving skills, and a commitment to refining processes.

• Lead the close, forecast, and planning cycles for Marketing & Loyalty, providing consolidated reporting for senior leadership.
• Act as liaison between Marketing Finance and Corporate FP&A, ensuring alignment around planning and forecast calendars.
• Support weekly and monthly business reviews to provide insights on business and customer performance.
• Support labor planning process for Marketing and Loyalty business, working with HR and senior leadership.
• Develop allocation planning models and methodology for Marketing and Loyalty allocation process.
• Champion change by implementing and improving processes across finance and the business.
• Collaborate with business leaders, finance and accounting teams, and marketing/loyalty partners.
• Create materials to communicate insights and recommendations using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.

• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in large corporate FP&A.
• BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in managing the monthly budget/forecasting process.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Situational awareness to understand stakeholder needs.
• Experience in analyzing, modeling, and reporting financial performance.
• Ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, PowerPoint, and database systems.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
