Responsibilities- Support the Finance team in approving invoices, reviewing expense reports, and conducting cost center analysis.
- Assist in preparing cost center and management reports for senior leadership.
- Identify areas of improvement and generate innovative ideas to increase process efficiencies.
- Assist in reviewing and loading budgets within tight deadlines.
- Complete analyses related to "Store Expenses" and "General Expenses".
- Liaise with the Accounting team in monthly closings and cost center analyses reporting.
- Handle ADHOC requests and projects as required.
- Navigate and master multiple accounting systems and sub-ledgers including SAP, JDA, HFM, and PBCS.
Requirements- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in FP&A or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of SAP, JDA, HFM, and PBCS systems is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment and embrace feedback.
- Knowledge of the luxury/fashion market with exposure in retail and/or audit is a plus.
