- Maintain new store opening checklist and establish new accounts for banking, AMEX, and Adyen.
- Perform period balance sheet reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly.
- Report monthly sales to landlords.
- Assist with monthly financial closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business processes.
- Drive process improvements and automate workflows for efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 2 years of accounting or sales audit experience, preferably in wholesale, retail, or fashion industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and ERP solutions like Microsoft Dynamics AX12, Oracle JDE, or SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently build and present analytical reports.
- Maintain integrity and attention to detail in work products.
- Support ad-hoc requests from senior management and other teams.
