Financial Planning Senior Program Manager

The Financial Planning Senior Program Manager at Nordstrom in Seattle, WA, plays a pivotal role in the Merchandise Financial Planning organization. This position is responsible for driving business operations, internal communications, and strategic initiatives, working closely with VPs and leadership teams to ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Merchandising leaders to track KPIs and support business reviews.
• Manage diverse project-based initiatives, providing insight and thought leadership.
• Track goals and KPIs for sales, profit, and inventory, developing data and measurement standards.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and provide solutions to business challenges.
• Participate in the Financial Planning leadership team, providing input to strategic decisions.
• Address key business questions and drive recommendations and execution.

• 4+ years of experience in merchandising, executive business administration, portfolio/program management, or strategic planning.
• Proven success in strategy formulation and implementation.
• Strong financial and business acumen with project management skills.
• Experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder processes.
• Ability to leverage data for executive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
