Program Manager Credit and Payments

As a Program Manager Credit and Payments at Nordstrom, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes for Nordstrom Card Services initiatives. You will advocate for business users and end customers, ensuring new or changed functionality meets business and customer needs prior to implementation.

• Document and execute end-to-end UAT across all platforms for large, complex, cross-functional/divisional projects.
• Partner with project teams, technology/development teams, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure user experience meets business objectives.
• Collaborate with Bank partners and cross-functional partners to define and align on business, tech, risk, and operational requirements.
• Drive timely defect/issue resolution and assist in incident management.
• Integrate UAT process and standards into project life cycle and contribute to project result analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in user acceptance testing, incident management, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills, especially as a liaison between business and technology teams.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Experience in credit related products, banking, and/or financial services.
