Summary

As a Flagship Brand Ambassador you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service on the retail floor of a flagship location. You will represent the brand to clients, deliver personalized shopping experiences, and support visual merchandising and store events. The role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to meet individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support store events, product launches, and clienteling activities.
• Assist with stock replenishment and light inventory tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably as a brand ambassador or sales associate.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
