Floor Director - Maison Madison Flagship

As a Floor Director at Maison Madison Flagship, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales team and ensuring an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for managing the floor operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual standards.

• Supervise, coach, and mentor the selling team to ensure excellent client service.
• Manage merchandising and stock needs, communicating with management about opportunities and issues.
• Motivate the team through contests and campaigns to improve business performance.
• Communicate regularly with the Managing Director and store management team, providing business updates and analysis.
• Conduct monthly productivity meetings with staff to set goals and improve performance.
• Prepare for inventories and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Represent store leadership in the absence of the Managing Director.
• Manage budget responsibilities, including sales, payroll, and loss prevention goals.

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience or flagship assistant store manager experience.
• Previous buying experience related to floor responsibility.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
• Effective decision-making and time management skills.
• Ability to travel 3-5 weeks annually to Paris.
