Provide exceptional luxury fragrance and beauty client service as the House brand ambassador, building long term client relationships and delivering the CHANEL service ritual in a full time in store role. Support sales targets through product knowledge, artistry skills, and omni channel client engagement while maintaining a professional and polished boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client service using the CHANEL service ritual
• Deepen client relationships through personal connection and trust
• Achieve sales targets through product sales services and data capture
• Support omni channel experiences between in store and online
• Attend seasonal training and apply learning to daily work
• Demonstrate brand knowledge heritage and product expertise to clients
• Maintain clean tidy hygienic and professional work area following visual guidelines
• Assist with events through client introduction demonstration and involvement
• Resolve client situations partnering with appropriate teams

Requirements

• Passion for fragrance and beauty with artistry skills preferred
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively
• Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
• Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and new direction
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally within the brand
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
