Summary

The Fragrance & Beauty Advisor serves as a CHANEL brand ambassador, providing elevated service and personalized experiences to clients. This full-time, in-store role builds client relationships and loyalty while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and build lasting client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets through product knowledge, client engagement, and data capture.
• Maintain strong knowledge of CHANEL products, brand heritage, events, and services.
• Support seamless in-store and online experiences and resolve client concerns.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work area and follow visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience and beauty products.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change, and learn continuously.
• Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and stand for extended periods.
