Summary

The Boutique Director leads the Fragrance and Beauty boutique, developing the team and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role drives sales, builds client relationships, and oversees boutique operations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, recruit, and retain boutique employees while supporting succession planning and onboarding.
• Lead the team on the sales floor and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Drive sales and client development through personalized service, clienteling, events, and business initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising, service, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, scheduling, reporting, and loss prevention in partnership with the Assistant Manager.
• Build relationships with internal partners, vendors, and the local community.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client experience skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
