• Provide superior service to every client through the CHANEL service ritual.
• Build and deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through product, services, and data capture.
• Attend seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences from in-store to online.
• Resolve client situations according to company standards and partner with appropriate teams.
• Share knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and upcoming events with clients and team.
• Ensure the work area is clean, tidy, and professional at all times.
• Communicate regularly with the team and manager, maintaining a positive attitude and integrity.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
