Front Line - Process Tech 1

As a Front Line Process Tech 1, you will play a crucial role in supporting the EssilorLuxottica Mission of Improving Lives by Improving Sight. You will work closely with Lab Leadership to provide guidance, coaching, and training to lab employees, ensuring the highest quality of work and maintaining service level standards.

• Coordinate the workflow and work activities of the Production team to ensure quality and productivity goals are met.
• Provide coaching, detailed training, and follow-up to employees on all tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Act as primary contact for calibrating and troubleshooting lab processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent implementation of procedures.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and other resources necessary for success are always provided to the team.
• Lead daily documented team meetings with action plans and follow up.
• Perform regular documented audits within department to ensure that correct procedures are being followed and machines are properly calibrated.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• High mechanical/technical aptitude.
• 1+ years of related work experience in Manufacturing.
• The ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
