Summary

Fulfillment associates support store operations by picking merchandise for in-store pickup and shipping orders. They help ensure orders are accurately selected, carefully packed, and delivered in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Search for and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms for pickup orders.
• Apply packing policies and techniques to prepare customer packages.
• Assist with other support functions and in-store customer needs as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and collaborate with a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
