Summary

Responsible for overnight order picking and fulfillment support to ensure accurate, timely processing of e-commerce and store orders. Works with the fulfillment team to select, stage, and prepare merchandise for shipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate order picking and staging during nighttime shifts.
• Operate handheld scanners and update inventory in the warehouse management system.
• Pack and prepare merchandise for shipment, verifying SKUs and labels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment area and follow loss-prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or retail operations experience.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible schedules.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs with safe material handling practices.
• Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
