Summary

Manage the classification and movement of collections in the Corporate Stockroom, supporting Marketing, Communications, PR, and VIP functions. Ensure samples are accurately cataloged, tracked, shipped, and returned.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products upon arrival and return for quality, damage, pressing, or remaking needs.
• Apply product barcodes and classify, catalog, and archive collections using established systems, including LOOKFINDER.
• Send daily updates on incoming samples and process email requests, editorial returns, and store returns.
• Prepare daily recaps of shipments and returns, support timely shipping and tracking, and report end-of-season samples to VIP managers and local outlet buyers.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Professional communication with management and coworkers, with regular attendance and punctuality.
