Wardrobist

Summary

The Wardrobist manages the classification, cataloging, and movement of collections within the Corporate Stockroom, ensuring samples are tracked and communicated to Marketing & Communications/PR/VIP teams. The role includes quality checks, barcode application, archiving in LOOKFINDER, and coordinating daily shipments and returns. The Wardrobist provides daily recaps and supports timely logistics and sample reporting to VIP managers and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and returned products for damage and quality issues
• Apply barcodes and codify products for accurate tracking
• Classify, catalog, and archive collections by product typology using LOOKFINDER and internal systems
• Process daily returns from editorials and stores and manage outgoing sample shipments via courier or messenger
• Respond to email requests and send daily updates and recaps to Marketing & Communications/PR/VIP functions
• Report end-of-season samples to VIP managers and local buyers and perform other duties as requested

Requirements

• Regular attendance, punctuality, and professional interaction with management and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Attention to detail in quality control and inventory processing
