Summary

As a Fulfillment Support Supervisor you will lead the store's fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate processing of online orders. You will partner with store operations and shipping to meet service level targets and maintain inventory accuracy. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach fulfillment associates in picking packing and shipping orders
• Oversee order processing workflows to meet fulfillment and delivery targets
• Coordinate with inventory control and store operations to resolve discrepancies
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years retail or fulfillment experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stand lift and move merchandise for extended periods
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and peak seasons
