Summary
The Fulfillment Support Supervisor leads and supports colleagues completing daily in-store fulfillment tasks. This role models high-quality picking and packing, helps manage workload, and ensures orders are prepared accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Train and guide colleagues in picking and packing orders, including buy online pickup in store and same-day delivery.
- Model packing standards, provide feedback, and allocate tasks and resources to meet workload goals.
- Use workload projections to plan staffing and monitor fulfillment metrics, including fill rates, ship speed, and ready-on-time performance.
- Audit outgoing packages, maintain a clean and safe work area, and serve as the store expert on fulfillment technology and processes.
- Partner with store leaders, participate in workload planning, and develop training for selling colleagues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of related experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld and computer technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
