Inventory Supervisor - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Inventory Supervisor oversees the efficient flow of goods into and out of the boutique, supporting a seamless client experience. This in-store role reports to the Operations Manager and supervises team members.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational standards and processes that support the client experience.
• Supervise, train, and ensure compliance among team members.
• Receive stock, record it in the system, and maintain organized inventory.
• Prepare and ship outbound orders according to brand standards.
• Carry out stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory with guidance from the operations lead.
• Build positive working relationships across the boutique.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and a collaborative approach.
• Client-service orientation and interest in the brand and its products.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
