Fulfillment Support Supervisor - Stanford

Summary

Lead and support fulfillment operations at the Stanford Shopping Center location, overseeing daily workflow, coordinating teams to meet service standards, and ensuring efficient handling of inventory and customer orders. Act as the primary onsite supervisor for fulfillment activities and local escalations. Provide hands-on leadership to drive performance and maintain operational accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fulfillment processes including picking packing and shipping orders.
• Coordinate team schedules and assign tasks to meet service targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment.
• Ensure orders are processed timely and meet quality standards.
• Train and mentor fulfillment staff on procedures and systems.
• Manage escalations and resolve customer order issues onsite.
• Collaborate with store and corporate teams to optimize workflows.
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience in fulfillment retail or operations.
• Experience with inventory management and order processing systems.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work onsite at the Stanford Shopping Center location.
• Effective communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to stand lift and perform physical tasks required for fulfillment roles.
