Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment workflows and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Supervise, coach, and schedule fulfillment support staff
• Coordinate with store teams and distribution centers to manage inventory and shipments
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet service targets
• Manage issue resolution for order exceptions and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of fulfillment activities and inventory movements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• Minimum four years of relevant experience in fulfillment operations or retail logistics
• Proven supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and manage competing priorities
