Summary
Provide world-class service to guests at the Gallery by greeting visitors, managing check-in and wayfinding, and maintaining a polished, professional presence while supporting on-site operations and events.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients as they enter the Gallery delivering polished customer service
- Manage check-in for interior design appointments and restaurant waitlist and assist with valet validation
- Provide coat and umbrella check and occasional concierge services
- Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the host station and monitor Gallery areas for cleanliness and safety
- Answer guest questions about interior design services and connect guests with appropriate associates
- Support onsite and offsite events as needed
- Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Energetic, accountable and team oriented
- Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
