Summary
The Greeter/Host welcomes clients as they enter the boutique, directs visitors to the appropriate areas or team members, manages appointment arrivals and the boutique queue, and supports phone and scheduling tasks to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every visitor entering and leaving the boutique
- Serve as the boutique Host and model high touch customer service standards
- Determine visitor needs and direct clients to merchandise or team members
- Communicate appointment arrivals to selling operations and asset protection teams
- Maintain appointment calendar with arrivals no-shows reschedules and cancellations
- Handle phone appointment requests schedule team and resolve conflicts
- Assist guests with umbrella storage beverage service and escorting to door or car
- Manage outdoor queue updates and minimize client wait times
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a gracious warm approach
- Excellent customer service experience in retail service or customer service roles
- Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs
- Attention to detail and ability to keep workspace organized
- Basic knowledge of neighborhood store services and customer inquiries
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle difficult situations with grace composure and professionalism
- Versatility priority management and proactive customer care
