Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at the Oak Brook restaurant. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, uphold high hospitality standards, and support seating flow to maximize the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing First Class Service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu display, and dining room areas
• Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling personal presentation standards
• Engage warmly with guests and maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and business performance
• Support opening, closing, and shift transitions as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol and perform role duties
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using proper techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
