Gallery Leader

Summary

Lead and develop gallery associates across all functions to deliver exceptional service and drive sales while embodying refined taste and the brand design ethos. Oversee strategy and execution for the gallery, remove obstacles for teams, and promote a positive, results oriented work environment focused on luxury home furnishings and design.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop teams to drive sales and control expenses
• Attract and retain talent who meet professional and personal standards
• Represent the brand through polished communication and appearance
• Learn and communicate the design ethos and product assortment
• Address human resources concerns with Field Leadership and People Team
• Monitor and analyze business performance to determine strategies
• Support loss prevention, cash controls, inventory management and audits
• Implement and provide feedback on initiatives and rollouts
• Embrace change and deliver results with a positive attitude

Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in high end furnishings design showrooms or luxury retail
• Interior design experience preferred
• Proven ability to foster a positive and empowering work environment
• Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• High energy and results driven mindset
• Adept at learning from mistakes and seeking feedback
• Strong creative point of view and refined taste
