Gallery Leader

Summary

The Gallery Leader leads and develops associates across all business functions, delivering first-class service and driving sales and operational results. This role champions the RH design ethos and creates an empowered, positive environment while overseeing strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and develop teams to foster a positive and dynamic environment, drive sales, and control expenses.
• Attract and retain talent, and address human resources concerns in partnership with field leadership and the People Team.
• Communicate the RH design ethos and product assortment while representing the brand with professionalism and refined taste.
• Analyze business performance and determine strategies to achieve results.
• Support loss prevention, risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and internal audits.
• Implement initiatives and provide follow-up and feedback as the business evolves.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail, or a similar field.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Proven ability to foster a positive, healthy work environment where associates are empowered to do their best.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High energy, results-driven approach, creativity, and openness to constructive feedback.
