Lead and develop gallery associates across all functions to deliver first-class internal and external service, drive sales, control expenses, and embody the brand's refined taste and design ethos within an architecturally inspiring gallery environment.
Responsibilities
- Coach, lead and develop teams to create a positive dynamic environment that drives sales and controls expenses
- Attract and retain talent at all levels who meet professional and personal standards
- Represent the brand through polished communication appearance and professionalism
- Learn and communicate the design ethos and product assortment to team and clients
- Address human resources concerns in partnership with Field Leadership and People Team
- Monitor analyze and communicate business performance and determine strategies to achieve results
- Support loss prevention risk management Gallery cash controls inventory management and internal audits
- Support implementation follow up and feedback for initiatives and rollouts
- Eagerly embrace change and deliver results with a positive attitude
Requirements
- 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings design showrooms luxury retail or similar
- Interior design experience preferred
- Proven experience fostering a positive healthy work environment
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High energy and results-driven mindset
- Adept at learning from mistakes and seeking constructive feedback
- Strong creative point of view and refined taste
