Gallery Support Associate - San Diego Gallery

Summary

Provide world-class service to guests while maintaining equipment and facilities for a luxury gallery. Support sales floor operations by preparing merchandise, organizing furniture movement, and processing shipments to ensure timely client deliveries and optimal inventory flow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process shipments promptly to maximize productivity
• Manage inventory preparation and execution
• Maintain cleanliness and care of equipment and gallery facilities
• Assist guests with high quality service and support gallery operations

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic team player with high energy and results focus
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Ability to maneuver around gallery floor stock room and office and perform prolonged standing and physical activities
