General Manager - Design District

As a General Manager at ZEGNA's Design District boutique, you will transform customer visits into memorable luxury shopping experiences. You will lead a team of retail professionals, driving sales and enhancing service levels while maintaining the company's image and style.

• Maximize store sales and revenue by seeking new business opportunities and proposing in-store events.
• Act as a role model, coaching Style Advisors to develop long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of ZEGNA products and collaborate with merchandising teams.
• Train, coach, and motivate the in-store team to enhance sales effectiveness and client experience.
• Set and achieve sales goals, manage staffing, and plan for trading peaks and emergencies.
• Ensure excellence in retail operations and manage all financial aspects of business operations.

• 5-6 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Ability to self-learn and develop, generating customer delight.
• Proficient with digital technology and familiar with Apple products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
