Summary

The General Manager leads the outlet's sales performance, profitability, and daily operations. This role develops business strategies, builds a high-performing team, and ensures an exceptional client experience while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals and business strategies, monitor performance, and implement plans to improve sales and profit.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards, and analyze sell-through, product availability, and market trends.
• Lead, coach, and motivate employees; delegate responsibilities and foster accountability.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with clients and the community.
• Manage inventory, shrinkage, operational costs, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• At least five years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
• Strong knowledge of specialty retail, business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
