Summary
As Gestionnaire de Boutique you will lead the Fragrance and Beauty team to achieve annual sales targets, deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure efficient boutique operations aligned with brand standards. You will motivate and develop the team, oversee merchandise and drive business growth through local initiatives and partnerships. This permanent full time role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is located at the Royalmount boutique in Montreal.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate daily weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
- Analyze commercial results to identify opportunities and adjust strategies to exceed goals.
- Develop and implement local business development initiatives and partnerships to drive traffic.
- Leverage loyalty programs and in boutique events to grow customer relationships and database.
- Recruit train schedule and coach staff while conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service including consultations complaint handling and after sales service.
- Oversee daily boutique operations inventory accuracy visual standards and compliance with procedures.
- Plan and execute product launches promotions and in boutique events in coordination with marketing.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail within beauty fashion or luxury sectors.
- Strong commercial analytical and strategic skills with a results oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills bilingual French and English required.
- Ability to recruit develop and coach a sales team and drive performance.
- Knowledge of merchandising visual standards and inventory management.
- High level of professionalism discretion and emotional intelligence.
