Summary
Lead the Boutique Architecture Operations team in New York, driving process improvements, CAPEX tracking, and project delivery across new and renovated boutiques. Own bidding, procurement, and construction workflows while managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring quality and compliance. Act as the operational lead to streamline team workflow, align regional and global stakeholders, and advance sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Implement process improvements and maintain CAPEX tracking for new and renovated boutiques
- Analyze budgets, project spend, vendors, and consultants to bring rigor and transparency to bidding and construction
- Manage a large portfolio of projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, milestones, and risk assessments
- Create and maintain SOPs, progress reports, schedules, and KPIs to control and track project delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end project delivery across regional and global teams to ensure design consistency and alignment
- Qualify and manage vendors, consultants, and bidders and oversee procurement and contracting processes
- Conduct feasibility studies and value-engineering to optimize costs and sustainability outcomes
- Lead cross-functional project review meetings and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Design, Architecture, Construction, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in cost estimating, project management, architectural design, or construction management
- Proven ability to build and control construction budgets, estimate costs, and facilitate scenario planning
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Smartsheet; familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders
- Hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week in the NYC midtown office; travel up to 10%
