Guesthouse Host

As a Guesthouse Host at RH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to guests at our New York Guesthouse Restaurant. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by anticipating guest needs and maintaining a high standard of service.

• Live our vision, values, and beliefs.
• Greet guests and provide first-class service.
• Escort guests to their designated table and assist with directions as needed.
• Engage in proper communication with guests throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain quality spaces within the restaurant.

• Minimum of 1 year of previous related experience.
• Eager to learn new skills and support the broader team.
• Valid Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
