Spa Concierge

As a Spa Concierge at the House of Dior in New York, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests from their arrival to departure. You will ensure that all inquiries are answered, reservations are accurately recorded, and payments are processed according to the spa's procedures, embodying the elegance and attention to detail of the DIOR Spa.

• Greet clients with the highest level of hospitality and assist with inquiries regarding spa services and products.
• Maintain and manage client profiles with discretion and confidentiality.
• Record, manage, and confirm all scheduled appointments accurately.
• Conduct check-in, check-out, service payment, and retail sales procedures seamlessly.
• Ensure the reception area reflects the standards of DIOR Spa.
• Prepare detailed daily reports on treatments performed, no-shows, and cancellations.
• Adhere strictly to DIOR Spa’s operating procedures.
• Provide thorough and elegant descriptions of spa treatments and services.
• Respond accurately and promptly to all guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Support all areas of spa operations as requested by management.

• 3 years of relevant experience, especially in luxury spa or hospitality.
• Good working knowledge of booking software.
• Sales and customer service training is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards.
• Articulate verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to focus on guest service, remaining calm and patient.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
