HR Manager

Summary

The HR Manager will provide HR services to support a positive employee experience and align HR activities with organizational strategy. This role partners with client groups on employee relations, performance management, talent development and HR process improvement. The position is based in Wayne, NJ and supports delivery of HR projects and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client groups on performance management, talent management and employee relations
• Manage people movement including immigration activities and employee communications
• Partner with COEs and shared services to improve HR processes and outcomes
• Conduct objective investigations and resolve employee relations issues
• Identify training needs and source appropriate learning and development activities
• Provide coaching, counseling and progressive disciplinary support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• Minimum 5 years generalist or combined specialist HR experience
• Knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency with HR functions and systems; Workday experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, investigation and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive inclusion, manage multiple priorities and work independently
