HR Technology Specialist

Summary

The HR Technology Specialist provides L2 support and continuous improvement for HR applications across the Americas, with a focus on Workday HCM and SAP HR. The role partners with HR, IT, and global HRIS teams to maintain effective systems, integrations, and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HRIS tickets, troubleshoot system issues, protect data integrity, and escalate complex problems.
• Support Workday administration, access management, integrations, and HR system enhancements.
• Test system changes, maintain technical and user documentation, and train HR users.
• Contribute to HR technology projects and communicate relevant system updates to HR teams.

Requirements

• College or technical school education required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Two or more years of HR technology L2 support experience, including hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Knowledge of HR lifecycle processes, system testing, data analysis, and project or enhancement work.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
