Summary
Support and enhance the company's people systems and HR technology ecosystem, partnering with cross functional teams to deliver improvements across Oracle HCM, ATS, onboarding, compensation, and performance management while ensuring compliance and system adoption at the Home Office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
- Support HRIS team with process documentation and functional specifications.
- Partner with IT and HRIS to track tasks projects issues and enhancements.
- Investigate and leverage HRIS functionality to optimize processes and drive adoption.
- Improve system efficiency and assist with change management efforts.
- Ensure SOX and internal controls are met for HR systems.
- Surface and resolve complex cross functional issues proactively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years supporting HR technology.
- Progressive experience with HR systems processes and tools.
- Strong understanding of HRIS design data flows processes and integrations.
- Experience with Oracle HCM preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and technology use.
