Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Role focuses on styling, wardrobing, and using digital tools and omni-channel inventory to achieve sales goals. This position is onsite at the specified store and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through in-person and digital outreach
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand product knowledge
• Utilize digital selling tools, social media, and technology to drive sales
• Use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize business activities to increase individual productivity
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience with technology and selling using digital tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
