Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role focuses on in-store and digital selling using technology to reach sales and wardrobing goals. Position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with clients through personalized service and styling.
  • Sell in-store and digitally using omnichannel tools and fleetwide inventory.
  • Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic.
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing targets.
  • Strategize individual business plans to increase productivity and outreach.
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients.
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration with team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in fashion retail with styling and trend knowledge.
  • Commission sales experience and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs.
