This onsite role uses technology and omni-channel tools to engage clients, meet sales goals, and represent luxury beauty brands at the Oakbrook location.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through in-person and digital outreach
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge for beauty products
• Use digital tools social media and store technology to drive sales and traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to service client needs
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business through outreach and technology usage
• Create a positive collaborative work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion or beauty retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
