Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals both in-store and digitally, and supporting department operations. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in other departments as business needs dictate. Candidates should be passionate about fashion, skilled in styling, and able to build customer relationships through in-person and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and product fit guidance with confidence and honesty
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Open new customer rewards program accounts and grow loyalty
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Work flexibly across departments when needed
• Follow organizational priorities and support team goals
