Retail Cashier And Sales Floor Support - Old Orchard Center

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor by assisting customers with purchases, returns and inquiries while maintaining a polished and organized department. Support operations including order fulfillment and pick-up and stay informed on product trends to guide customer decisions. Perform light cleaning, restocking and maintain the cash wrap area to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions
• Deliver friendly knowledgeable customer service and recommend products
• Keep the sales floor and cash wrap area runway ready through straightening and light cleaning
• Restock merchandise and support inventory presentation
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up processes
• Communicate upcoming events and rewards programs to customers
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
